2. Handcrafted Nature of Goods
Every piece at Rava Tapestry Art is individually handcrafted using natural cotton fibers, wood, brass, and artisanal dyes.
Due to the organic nature of our materials and handwoven techniques, minor variations in texture, grain, and dimensions (within reasonable industry tolerance) may naturally occur. These variations are not defects; they are the unique hallmark of original artisan craftsmanship.
3. Products & Pricing Accuracy
Prices for our artworks are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without liability.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, issuing an immediate full refund.
4. Intellectual Property & Design Copyright
All content on this website, including but not limited to textile designs, product photographs, text, graphics, logos, and digital branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of Rava Tapestry Art.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our original designs and imagery without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Billing & Payment Security
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address provided at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
